At Euro Wave, we stand by the quality of our premium equestrian gear and professional sportswear. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, whether it’s our mild cowhide leather chaps or our technical riding gloves. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve designed the process to be as smooth as our YKK zippers.

Return Policy
  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible, products must be unused and in their original condition. For example, gloves must not have been used for riding or washed, and leather chaps must be free of scuffs or wear marks.

  • Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all transactions.

How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare Your Item: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage to the leather or fabric during transit.

  3. Ship the Item: We will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to our Austin, Texas facility or arrange for a pick-up if applicable.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made within the same 30-day period for items of equal or lesser value. If the specific size or model of your riding gaiter or sport uniform is out of stock, we’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our quality standards. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as custom-ordered sport uniforms, personalized gear, or personal care products, are not eligible for returns. Please check the specific product page for details.

Shipping Costs

Euro Wave will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect (such as a faulty zipper) or an error on our part. For other returns, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
